If your provider isn’t listed, we’ll provide a detailed receipt so you can submit your claim for reimbursement.
2. Do I need to pay anything upfront?
If your plan covers 100%, you won’t need to pay anything. If there’s a co-pay or deductible, you’ll only pay the balance.
3. What if my claim is denied?
You’ll need to pay in full, and we’ll provide a receipt for self-submission to your insurance.
4. Can you bill multiple insurance plans?
Yes! If you have secondary coverage, we can coordinate benefits for minimal out-of-pocket costs.
